Using the product

Platea is a workspace for organizing research, generating buyer hypotheses, exploring optional persona interviews, and creating evidence-linked creative briefs. Keep your account access secure and use only research, customer language, and product material that you have permission to use.

Research and generated output

Research sources remain your responsibility. Generated personas, interviews, findings, hooks, and creative briefs are working hypotheses. Review them, check the source material, and validate advertising claims, customer conclusions, and campaign decisions before using them.

Plans and processing limits

Paid plans are priced in USD. Solo is $79/month, Pro is $179/month, and Agency is $399/month. Taxes may be added at checkout. Each plan has monthly activity allowances and a shared processing allowance. Work pauses when an allowance is reached; the product does not add automatic overage charges.

The Agency pilot uses the standard $399/month Agency plan for a focused first month. It is not a separate product or extra fee. The pilot’s two-brand and two-creative-batch goals use the normal Agency allowances.

Billing

Paid checkout and subscription records are handled through Polar. The billing experience is available only after merchant activation. Subscription and payment status in the workspace is based on verified billing events, not a browser redirect or a generated test entitlement.

Changes to the product

Product capabilities, provider availability, and included allowances can change as the product develops. Current plan limits and pricing are shown in the product before checkout.
