Customer research.
Five new angles.
Your next creative brief.

Platea is a creative strategy workspace for agencies. Turn reviews, surveys, and interview notes into hooks, creator scripts, and briefs—with the sources and assumptions beside the work.

“Keep important
sketches safe.”

The supplied concept brief makes protection a product goal. It does not establish what real customers believe.

Five ad concepts.
Ready to refine and test.

Choose the findings worth acting on. Create five distinct concepts, each with hooks, copy, a creator script, the assumption behind it, and guidance for the next test.

  • 01
    Hooks, headline, and primary copy

Three hooks per concept, a headline, body copy, and a call to action.

  • 02
    A creator-ready video script

A 15–45 second script that gives a creator a clear angle to develop.

  • 03
    The reasoning beside the work

Source references, assumptions, a test recommendation, and proof still needed.

Confidence before price

The work
is worth keeping.

A creative route for the notebook concept.

Hook to test

“Your best ideas deserve a backup.”

Hypothesis

A clear demonstration of recovery may address a concern that a discount leaves unanswered.

Test recommendation

Compare a verified recovery demonstration with a price-led concept. Ask real buyers what changes their confidence.

Proof needed

Show a verified backup and recovery process before making the claim.

Optional persona interview

Alex · AI persona: A discount definitely makes it more tempting, but price isn’t my only concern. Even with a good deal, I’d still want to be sure the notebook protects my important sketches and offers a solid backup system. So, a discount helps, but it wouldn’t completely remove my worries.

The next question

What would build trust that a discount cannot?

Read the original excerpt beside each finding. See what it says, what you infer, and what you still need to ask.

The product brief puts sketch protection at the center of the concept.

What it suggests

Recovery is a message to test alongside a price-led offer.

Next action

Test a message that explains how recovery works.

What evidence would make a buyer trust the backup?

Keep the source, your interpretation, and the next question together.

What the page says
Fellow describes one grinder for espresso, pour-over, and cold brew. This is a product claim, not a customer review.
What you could explore
A buyer who switches brew methods may want to compare results. That is an interpretation to investigate.
What the brief needs
A verified comparison across those brew methods before using the range claim in an ad. Keep the assumption and proof required beside the concept.

Know how each finding is supported.

A source excerpt, an interpretation, and an unanswered question need different treatment in a brief.

Inferred
An interpretation or AI interview response. Check it before treating it as fact.

A gap to investigate with product evidence or real customers.

Jobs to be done

What the buyer is trying to accomplish—and the situation that brings them to you.

Motivations

The functional and emotional reasons a proposition might matter.

Objections

The doubts, trade-offs, and perceived risks to investigate before writing the pitch.

Alternatives

The competitors, workarounds, and existing habits your offer has to contend with.

What is inferred, what is missing, and what deserves a real customer question.

Try a better follow-up

“What would you need to see before you believed that?”

A brief your team
can pick up and edit.

Keep research, creative decisions, and client handoff in one workspace for each brand.

  1. Add your research

Import public pages, reviews, survey responses, interview notes, or research files. Review findings beside the original text, with product copy and customer comments kept distinct.

You can inspect the original source behind a finding.
  2. Choose the objection
    to address

Save the motivations, objections, and customer language that should shape the campaign. Interview a persona when you want to explore a follow-up; you can also go straight to a brief.

Each concept starts from a finding you chose.
  3. Create, edit,
    and export

Generate five concepts with hooks, copy, and creator scripts. Review the assumptions and proof required, edit the work, and export your brief as Markdown or CSV.

Your team gets the creative, source references, and a proposed next test.

Use the objections to choose angles, send scripts to creators, and share source references when a client asks why you chose a concept.

Questions & answers

Before you get started.

What the product does, what you take away, and where real customer validation still matters.

Do I need to interview personas before creating a brief?

No. Import research, review and save the findings you want to use, then create a brief. Persona interviews are an optional way to explore an objection or assumption. Their answers are generated hypotheses, not customer testimony.

How does the Agency pilot work?

Start with your first month on the $399/month Agency plan. Use two client brands and create one batch of five concepts for each. These are suggested pilot goals within the standard Agency allowances, not extra fees or a separate plan. Your subscription continues monthly until cancelled. Activity limits and the $39.24 shared processing allowance apply.

Are these real customers?

They are AI personas built from your research. Use their answers to develop questions and ideas, then check your conclusions with real customers.

What research can I add?

Import a public web page, paste text, or upload PDF, TXT, Markdown, and CSV files. Add reviews, interview notes, product information, or competitor research. Uploads support files up to 10 MB; some long documents are truncated. For pages behind a login, paste text you have permission to use.

What do I get from the research?

Findings with source excerpts and evidence labels, followed by creative briefs with hooks, scripts, assumptions, and testing guidance. Persona interviews are available when you need to explore a question further.

Why use this instead of a new AI chat?

Your sources, personas, interviews, and creative briefs stay together for each brand. Return to the same buyer profile, follow a finding back to its source, and use selected insights to write the next brief.

Will a persona keep the same voice?

Yes. Each persona has a saved ElevenLabs voice. Every interview keeps the profile and voice used for that session. You can also interview by text.

Can I export the work?

Export creative briefs as Markdown or CSV. Markdown includes linked evidence and source excerpts. Both formats include the copy, assumptions, and testing guidance. Download the full workspace as JSON from Settings.

Can it predict which ad will win?

No. It helps you develop ideas and choose what to test. Customer conversations and live experiments tell you what works.

How do I start?

Create a workspace and add a brand. Import a few relevant sources, review and save the findings that matter, then create your first brief. Generate personas or start an interview when a question needs deeper exploration.
